4 days retreat

What a joy! The Pilatesflows retreat is back, offering four unforgettable days to carve out some time for yourself and breathe in some fresh air. Registration is now open! The course is suitable for everyone, even complete beginners. What can you expect from these four days? 🤸‍♀️6 Pilatesflows classes (including two more creative ones) 🏞️ two group outings (such as tastings, guided tours, creative workshops, etc.) 🕟 some free time to visit on your own or relax in the peace and quiet of the farmhouse 🥗 good food Cost: Early bird offer: CHF 725 with registration by February 15, 2026 Registrations from February 16, 2026: CHF 805 Included in the package: 6 Pilatesflows classes, breakfast and one meal per day, 2 extra activities, and accommodation in double rooms. Soft and effective

Is a complete Pilatesflows workout at a leisurely pace to feel the body and perform the movements correctly. The class is guided very calmly, allowing you to work with greater body awareness by rebalancing the entire body. The goals are to let go of unnecessary tension in the body, strengthen it and make it more flexible, also leading to improvements in posture.

A course suitable for those who want to train in company with bodyweight exercises. The lessons are prepared creatively with exercises that vary regularly and allow you to work on various aspects such as endurance, explosive strength, balance, control, mobility, etc. A dynamic course where you move around the space, sweat, and work hard together while having fun. It is inspired by various forms of movement such as Pilatesflows, GAG, yoga, dance, etc.

Yoga, Dance and Brunch

A first collaboration for 2026 with Ada, from Contatto, yoga teacher. On Saturday, March 28, take some time for yourself to move with us through asanas and a dance meditation (Lotusmotion) led by me. To conclude the morning, there will also be a delicious brunch to share a moment with the other participants, exchange emotions about what we have experienced, and get to know each other better! About me

Since a young age I have always liked movment and with the age of 6 I started dancing, a passion that kept growing over time and brought me to chose it as a profession.

Physical activity has always been an important part of my daily life, allowing me to feel centred and balanced. After high school, I pursued my interest in movement and in 2019 I completed my studies in Sports, Movement and Health Sciences at the University of Basel. I then moved to London to pursue my training in contemporary dance at Elevate Dance Company. When I returned to Switzerland in 2020, I started working as a teacher of modern-contemporary dance and ballet. Later, I also taught modern jazz. In 2020, I began my Pilatesflows training. This training introduced me to a very effective training method that allowed me to rebalance my body. I am currently pursuing a diploma in choreography, with I-Path. After my first work experiences in Biel, Bern and Fribourg, I decided to return to Ticino and start my own Pilatesflows and Lotusmotion courses. In addition to this, I am also continuing with the DanzarMente project and teaching dance at ATAS in Locarno.

I speak Italian, English, French and German (as well as swissgerman), and I have already taught in all these langauges. If you would like to take a class with me, but don’t feel at ease in italian, no worries. I can guide you in the language you prefer. Come and try!

Why did I choose the name Bloomingmoves?

Bloomingmoves means movements of blossoming. After the movement practices I offer, from personal experience, I always feel like a flower. I feel good, open, positive, strong, grounded, beautiful, connected, centred... and it is this feeling that I like to convey in my courses.
